How can I find a customer's balance or previous transactions?
Use Customer Lookup when you need to investigate a customer's balance or recent Earn / Redeem history for your store.
- Tap MENU.
- Tap Customer Lookup.
- Enter the Customer Ref as XXXX-XXXX.
- Tap Look up.
You will see Current Balance and ACTIVITY for your store.
Tap an ACTIVITY row to open Transaction Details. Owners can reverse or correct from those details when allowed. Staff can view details only. See I gave or redeemed the wrong amount. What should I do?.
