How can I check how much credit a customer has?

Use Balance Check for live, customer-authorized balance visibility at the counter.

1. Tap Balance Check.
2. Ask the customer to scan the QR.
3. Review the balance for your store.
4. Tap Back when finished.

Balance Check shows credit for your store only.

Balance Check vs Customer Lookup

• Balance Check — the customer scans so you can see their live balance for this store.
• Customer Lookup — you enter a Customer Ref to review balance and previous transactions. See How can I find a customer's balance or previous transactions?.
