What is Retuck?

Retuck lets participating businesses reward customers with promotional store credit in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

• No Retuck app or loyalty card for customers
• No new hardware for businesses
• One Retuck pass works across stores
• Each store keeps its own balance — Retuck never merges balances across customers or businesses

Customers check balances by store on retuck.io/me. See What is the Retuck /me page?.

Businesses Earn and Redeem from the Retuck Terminal. Customers confirm with a scan — no separate account signup is required to start earning at a participating store.

If you still need help, contact Retuck Support: support@retuck.io or /contact.
