What happens when my trial ends?

If your 30-day trial ends without an activated paid plan:

• Earn, Redeem, Balance Check, and other operational features become unavailable (billing-restricted)
• Your account is not deleted
• Customer balances and transaction history remain preserved
• You can sign in and choose a paid plan when ready
