My Apple Wallet balance isn't updating

1. Open your Retuck pass in Apple Wallet.
2. Tap the three-dot menu.
3. Turn Automatic Updates off.
4. Turn Automatic Updates back on.

This usually refreshes your pass.

To check your latest balances, open retuck.io/me. You can scroll or search for a store.

If no stores appear, tap Refresh / Add Wallet, complete the wallet steps, then return to /me.

If the balance is still wrong in /me, Contact Support.
